Kilinyaa Cothran

As the Interim Dean of Academics and Academic Director for Healthcare Programs at CAPS,  my primary responsibility is to ensure a quality academic experience for all of our students. In partnership with faculty, staff and industry partners, I oversee the development of academic and professional, market-aligned programs that create opportunities to re-imagine what, and how, we provide instruction. Leading our academic division for health-related programs targeted towards both degree and non-degree seeking students interested in careers in healthcare and healthcare adjacent fields allows me to support students who will have a positive impact on the region’s workforce.
